From the famous George Borgfeldt firm, 12 pieces of
Lisa
pattern, non-optic variant, stemware w/ cranberry pink bowls. Circa 1950.
Incls: four 6 1/4" high water glasses; five 4 ¼' high champagne / sherbet coupes and three 4 ⅜" high wines.
Borgfeldt was an importer in New York from 1881 until the 1960's
We have read the
Lisa
pattern was discontinued in 1958. Some folks on eBay say these were imported by Borgfeldt from Czechoslovakia and were handmade.
