New without tags stretch flat sequin headbands/hatbands.  The bigger sizes can be worn as belts but you  have to make sure you measure the waist and hips because these are pull on) Made from 4 Row (1.5 inch wide) flat stretch sequin. Infant fits 10-12",   Small child fits approx. 12"-14",  Med. child fits approx. 15"-20". Large child fits approx. 18"-22" and Extra Large fits19"-24".    Just measure the head or the hat that you need the band for.  Choose the size and color that you need by clicking on the drop down boxes.
