From my research, I find this is a covered candy or butter dish in the Lacy Dewdrop pattern in pearl lustre finish (also known as Marigold on Milk Glass) by Phoenix Glass.  It is considered Depression glass.
5 3/4" high with lid on; bowl is 2 1/2" high and 6 1/4" in diameter.
Preowned but excellent condition. Bright shiny uniform finish, no chips, cracks or other problems. Some tiny rough spots from mold marks on the inside edges, but mostly noticeable by feel, rather than by sight. Gorgeous addition to any collection.
