Vintage Kirk Stieff Pewter Cigarette Box Heavy 18oz. Box. Condition is "Used".
This is the same model cigarette box that Richard Nixon chose to give as an appreciation gift to persons that worked on his campaign in 1968, though this one doesn’t have the date marked. It is wood lined and the condition is used but the edges are square and the hinge works excellently. It would make a nice gift box, trinket box, cigarette box or Card box.
Box measures 6 3/4” long x 3 1/2” wide x 1” tall.
Inside the box has a wooden divider to split two brands of cigarettes or playing cards. I have not cleaned it up because most people like the patina. There is a dent in the top lid but the wood lining is all in tack.
