    Vintage Santa Cruz Everslick kit.
    Cut it to fit, peel the backing and press on your board.  Put it out in the sun or grab a hair dryer to set the glue.  Really strong 3m adhesive backing on these. I Reccomend adding to only a new deck for best results.
